I had to file adispute twice to get supplier to answer my questions.Brittany Li is the salesperson, and she ignored me every step of the way after it was shipped. I finally got tracking info after 2nd dispute, from her boss and products arrived today in good condition. I dont understand why they couldnt just respond when I triedtocontact them.
